Florence, S.C. -10th-ranked Lander defeated Francis Marion 4-2 Thursday afternoon, extending their winning streak over the Patriots to 18 matches.
The Bearcats got wins from Markus Sorensen and, Nick Beamish and, Ambroise Marchand, and Emilien Baradel to secure the doubles point.
In singles action, Ismail ElShafel, Mouad Naoui, and Marchand won in straight sets. Hugo Regner won his match in three sets, giving Lander four points.
