GREENWOOD - Lander and Anderson battled to a 0-0 draw Wednesday night in non-conference women's soccer action.
Neither team could get into an offensive flow in the first half, as both teams were held to just four shots. The Bearcat offense came out firing in the second half, firing off 12 shots but could not find the back of the net. The Lander defense shut down an Anderson offense that came into the game averaging 2.5 goals and 18 shots per game, allowing just four total shots for the game and none on goal.
