GREENWOOD - Georgia College defeated Lander 5-2 Friday afternoon in Peach Belt women's tennis action.  

Chiara Gerbino and Roberta Armani won their number three doubles match 6-3, but the Bobcats took the one and two doubles matches to clinch the point. Emily Ineson won her number six singles match 6-4, 4-6, 10-8, and Roberta Armani won at number five 6-2, 7-6, but it would not be enough as Georgia College took the victory.
