GREENWOOD – The Lander women's soccer team puts its 3-0 record on the line at Van Taylor Stadium on Saturday night against Wingate at 7:00 p.m.

• The Bearcats are 4-10-2 all-time against Wingate. Last season, Lander lost 3-0 to the Bulldogs in Wingate, N.C. The Bearcats' last win in the series came in the 2011 season opener, when Lander defeated Wingate 3-2. 

• Lander improved to 3-0 on Wednesday with a 3-1 win over rival Erskine. Senior forward Hannah Martin had her best performance as a Bearcat, tallying a career-high three goals to lead the Bearcats past the Flying Fleet. 

• The Bearcats are 3-0 for the first time since 2013, when Lander began the season a program-best 9-0. 

• Lander boasts one of the most aggressive offenses in the Peach Belt Conference, tallying a league-high 21.7 shots per game and 23 corner kicks this season.  

• Martin is tied for the conference lead with three goals and 14 shots this year. 

• Freshman goalkeeper Sarah Owen leads the league with a 0.40 goals-against average this season. Owen has surrendered just one goal in nearly 225 minutes of action. 

• Lander's current three-match winning streak is the program's first since Sept. 14-24 of 2014.
