ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The No. 5 Lander men's tennis team defeated No. 24 Flagler College, 7-2, in a top-25 Peach Belt Conference battle on Friday afternoon at the Flagler Tennis Center.

Lander earned its 13th consecutive win, improving to 14-2 overall and 8-0 in PBC play. Flagler fell to 12-5, (4-3).

In singles play, No. 1 Lukas Storck (FLG) def. Jules Vauthier (LU) 7-6 (7-5), 6-0; No. 2 David Korsten (LU) def. Hermann Gertmann (FLG) 6-1, 6-4; No. 3 Eirik Groner (LU) def. Willy Hasselberg (FLG) 6-3, 6-2; No. 4 Ozan Cildir (LU) def. Luca Bolla (FLG) 6-0, 7-6 (7-5); No. 5 Alexandre Springer (LU) def. Felipe Carvalho (FLG) 6-4, 6-4; and No. 6 Omar El-Moslemany (LU) def. Daniel Arrien (FLG) 7-5, 6-7 (4-6), 11-9.

In doubles play, No. 1 Storck/Calvalho (FLG) def. Marc Hofer/El-Moslemany (LU) 8-5; No. 2 Vauthier/Cildir (LU) def. Gertmann/Bolla (FLG) 8-4; and No. 3 Korsten/Groner (LU) def. Arrien/Konstantin Dustmann (FLG) 8-5.
