GREENWOOD – The Lander baseball team concludes the regular season on Friday night as the Bearcats match up against rival Erskine at Dolny Stadium at 7:00 p.m.

 Lander (20-27) has split its last four games, defeating Lenoir-Rhyne at home before dropping two of three games on the road against Augusta in the final Peach Belt Conference series of the season.

• The Bearcats locked up the No. 7 seed in the PBC Tournament and will face second-seeded USC Aiken on May 10 at 1:30 p.m., in Florence, S.C., in the first round of the double-elimination tournament.

• Catcher/designated hitter Reed Gray ranks 10th in being hit by pitch per game.

• Lander and Erskine have met 42 times, with the Bearcats holding a 28-14 series lead.

• The Bearcats are riding a 12-game winning streak against the Flying Fleet. 

• With an 12-13 record at Dolny Stadium in 2017, Lander can clinch a ninth consecutive season with a home winning percentage of .500 or higher with a win.
