Painter, a senior from Chesnee, S.C., was named to the second team as a third baseman, while Jones, an infielder and pitcher from Cordele, Ga., made the second team as a utility player.
Painter, a two-time All-PBC selection, batted .328 with seven home runs, 14 doubles, 37 runs scored and 29 RBI. He also walked 24 times and was hit by a pitch 11 times. He had a .525 slugging percentage and a .435 on-base percentage.
Jones led the Bearcats on the mound with a 5-3 overall record. In 14 appearances, he had a 4.75 ERA with 39 strikeouts in 36 innings pitched. He also batted .262 with nine home runs, five doubles, 41 runs scored and 28 RBI.
