GREENWOOD – The Lander athletic department held its student-athlete fall etiquette dinner for over 70 junior and senior spring student-athletes on Wednesday night. The event, which is in its second year, is meant to help student-athletes acquire and hone the skills necessary for their careers after graduation.
"This is one of the favorite programs that our student-athletes participate in each year," said athletics director Brian Reese. "The feedback from our student-athletes is extremely positive and the skills they practice here will have a profound impact in whatever careers they pursue."
Juniors and seniors participating in fall and winter sports will take part in another etiquette dinner this spring.
